1. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or text message.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service price.
- If the cleaning team arrives at the location and is unable to access the property within 15 minutes or the client is not available, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and the 25% fee will apply.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept Zelle, And check as payment
- Late payments beyond 5 days may be subject to a late fee of $10 on top of the service price
4. Liability & Damage
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
5. Health & Safety
- Clients must notify us of any hazardous conditions or special cleaning needs in advance.
6. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with policies.
