Carpet fibers trap grit, oils and residue that ordinary vacuuming cannot reach. Over time that soil abrades the fiber, dulls the color and settles into traffic lanes that no longer respond to routine cleaning.

We begin by inspecting the carpet and identifying fiber type, construction and problem areas. The carpet is thoroughly dry-vacuumed, then pre-treated and agitated so the cleaning solution can release soil from the base of the fiber.

Hot water extraction follows, flushing the carpet and pulling water, solution and suspended soil back out under vacuum. Careful extraction is what shortens drying time and prevents the rapid re-soiling that comes from leaving residue behind.
